Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within the United States only, including US territories. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping Cost

Flat rate $5.00 on every order, no matter how much you buy. There are no additional handling fees, and the cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Processing

We bake in small batches, so orders are packed fresh rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. Most orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days of payment clearing. We do not pack or ship on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Once your parcel is with the carrier, delivery within the United States normally takes a further 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 3 to 8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather and carrier delays are outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you a tracking number. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

If Something Goes Wrong

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us and we will put it right. See our Returns Policy for details.
